About me

Hello! I’m Johanna — an Organisational Development & Systems Consultant with over 8 years of experience in the public and private sector. I'm also a multilingual project and grant manager, working in English, French, Spanish and Italian.Clarity for Impact grew out of years of working behind the scenes in organisations I care deeply about — from grassroots movements to global actors. I saw how often brilliant, committed teams were held back by unclear processes, scattered tools or simply too much complexity.I’ve always been drawn to the quiet, practical work that helps things run smoothly — whether that’s improving grant cycles, developing digital tools, optimising internal systems or simplifying how teams share knowledge.
